La consolidación inconclusa del Estado: los Territorios Nacionales, gobernaciones de provisionalidad permanente y ciudadanía política restringida (1884-1955)
Keywords:

The historical construction of the politic citizenship sets up, as a central aspect, in the process of formation of the Latin American nations in the 19th century. In Argentina, the recognition of political and social rights came lately and took part in a historic process signed by successive advances, retrocession and suppressions. The existence of “National Territories” highlights the unconcluded consolidation of the State up to 1880, changing its consideration and temporality when it started to introduce, as a relevant aspect, the persistence of huge spaces with inhabitants who carried restricted political rights.
