Abstract

The objective of the work is to describe the evolution of secondary co-participation in Argentina and its impact on the Province of Buenos Aires, a province that has suffered a major industrial crisis. A global panorama and theoretical debate are presented. For context, the institutional and regulatory milestones of primary and secondary co-participation are described with an interpretation carried out based on the chosen theoretical approach. In the case the data processing is presented. As a result, it is worth mentioning the fact that the Province continues to give co-participation, makes the greatest fiscal effort but is in last place in relation to public expenditures per capita. And if you look at the social indicators, it is not an advantaged province.
