La inestabilidad del sistema político correntino y el surgimiento de actores de base territorial (1993-2003)
Keywords:
Elections, party system, electoral geography, coalitions, CorrientesAbstract
During the period under study, the Province of Corrientes has experienced a manifest political and institutional instability, signed by federal interventions and institutional reforms. These situations had their correspondence to the conditions of political partisan competition. Nevertheless, an examination on the provincial electoral geography reveals that under this apparent instability, the new majority forces have maintained a stable electoral predominance. This work will give evidence of the political realignments occurred during this period and also of the electoral alliances between different groups and political parties. With these results this work seeks to contrast the changes on the preferences of the electorate and the partisan offers, to the geographical medium vote of the political forces.
