This article analyzes the effect of e-vote technologies on electoral results. It presents the results of cuasi-experimental analyses of provincial and municipal elections in Charata and Villa Angela, Chaco, in 2015, measuring the effect of the Electronic Voting System (EVS) on the results for different races. We show that the design of the device used to vote is not neutral and that any change in the vote system has affects vote characteristics and, in consequence, the result of the election.
