La promesa de la ciencia política. El X Congreso de la Sociedad Argentina de Análisis Político en perspectiva comparada
Abstract
Corría septiembre de 1982. Tras el fracaso en Malvinas, el gobierno de facto había levantado oficialmente la veda política hacía dos meses y se avizoraba la posibilidad de un retorno democrático. En este contexto, Oscar Oszlak se animaba a reseñar el XII Congreso Mundial de Ciencia Política de la IPSA como excusa para llamar la atención sobre la pobre situación de la ciencia política en nuestro país y remarcar la responsabilidad de la dictadura en ello.
