Las nuevas autoridades de la SAAP decidieron mantener el proyecto de una publicación institucional, iniciativa que se estrenara en 1995 con el Boletín SAAP bajo la presidencia de Eugenio Kvaternik. Celebramos la decisión, conscientes de la importancia científica de que la comunidad politológica tenga canales regulares de comunicación, actualización y diálogo.
