Una democracia en época de elecciones. Gestión electoral y ciudadanía: el caso de Mendoza

The article analyzes the electoral management of October 23, 2005 elections at the Province of Mendoza, Argentina, and also the citizen’s opinion, expressed at the election place. Evidence shows great organizative difficulties and strong citizenship’s discontent. It concludes that it is necessary that rulers imposed the law and logistic in order to the elections to be conceived free and clean.
